Разработка Модели Количественной Оценки Уровня Зрелости Управления Ит-Проектами

Abstract

Представленная работа выполнена в рамках магистерской диссертации студентки факультета бизнес-информатики ГУ-ВШЭ. Разработанная модель позволяет количественно оценивать уровень зрелости процессов управления проектами и определять приоритетные для компании направления развития процессов управления проектами. Модель апробирована на 10 консалтинговых компаниях. Проведенное в компаниях анкетирование позволило оценить уровень зрелости, собрать данные об отклонениях по срокам и стоимости выполнения проекта и построить уравнение зависимости величины отклонений от измеренного уровня зрелости. Данное уравнение может быть использовано компаниями для прогнозирования отклонений ключевых показателей проекта при изменении зрелости процессов управления.
