Здоровье Без Денег – Миссия Невыполнима?

Abstract

На современном этапе социально-экономического развития нашей страны ситуация, сложившаяся в российском здраво- охранении, может быть охарактеризована как кризисная. Похожее положение дел существует в большинстве стран постсовет- ского пространства. Действующая система финансирования здравоохранения не может быть названа эффективной, так как ре- сурсы расходуются не оптимально, население не удовлетворено работой лечебно-профилактических учреждений, медицинский персонал – условиями труда и заработной платы, государство – слишком затратной отраслью, постоянные вложения в которую не приносят значимого результата. В статье представлено положение России в сравнении с другими странами мира по уровню развития системы здравоохранения. Проводится анализ российской системы финансирования здравоохранения в сравнении с передовыми зарубежными странами, даются рекомендации относительно возможных путей решения проблем, накопленных в медицине.
