Пространственно-Отраслевая Структура Промышленного Производства Омской Области

Abstract

Разработка документов стратегического планирования на уровне сельских муниципальных районов и городских округов Омской области требует анализа вопросов территориального размещения промышленного комплекса региона. Для решения этой задачи обозначены основные исторические этапы теоретических подходов к исследованию территориального размещения промышленного производства в России. Выявлена специфика Сибири и Омского региона (локализация и урбанизация промышленного производства). Определена роль Омска в развитии промышленности региона, проанализированы вопросы территориального и отраслевого размещения промышленного производства в рамках планировочной и архитектурно-пространственной структуры города. Проводится сравнительный анализ сельских муниципальных районов Омской области по числу предприятий обрабатывающих производств, объемам промышленного производства, численности занятых и уровне оплаты их труда. Оцениваются перспективы промышленного комплекса Омской области в системе территориально-отраслевого планирования.
