Abstract

Приводятся результаты системного анализа состояния научно-технического потенциала России как одного из важнейших элементов сложнейшей национальной инновационной системы. На основе представленного авторами перечня макроэкономических показателей определены основные проблемы, препятствующие эффективному использованию имеющегося научного потенциала, выявлен ряд положительных тенденций, стимулирующих его качественное и количественное развитие.
