Abstract

Рассматриваются причины, обусловившие необходимость введения инновационной модели образования, даются различные подходы к определению концепции «инновационного вуза», приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования воздействия различных мотивов, формирующих поведение преподавателя; поставлены задачи дальнейшего повышения уровня мотивации преподавательского труда в инновационном вузе.
