Abstract

В статье обосновано применение проектно-ориентированного подхода к формированию и развитию компетенций работников. Проведен анализ особенностей, преимуществ и потенциальных сложностей в реализации отмеченного подхода в профессиональной подготовке. Предложен внутриорганизационный проект формирования профессиональных компетенций работников.
