Abstract

The Position and estimations, stated in persisting article, express the opinion of the author about place of modeling of the optimum structure asset and liability in system insidebanks planning. In base of the approach lies understanding the commercial bank as a certain object of management, functionning in open ambience on base determined integer owner and management, according to strategies of his development, and subject to influence external and internal ambience, capable to change its qualitative and quantitative condition under influence given influences.
