Abstract

Bologna process has become main paradigm of Higher Education Reforms in European and neighboring countries. RAU is one of the leaders in Armenia on the way of implementation of Bologna principles but on this way of reforms University encounters several structural and system problems which cannot be overcome alone. A number of measures on behalf of state authorities is necessary to shift the process and enhance the capabilities of education institutions.
