Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам эффективности инновационной политики как важнейшего условия ускорения социально-экономического развития страны. Инновационная стратегия должна быть основана на равноправном государственно-частном партнерстве и направлена на объединение усилий и ресурсов государства и предпринимательства для развития инновационной деятельности, поскольку последняя требует значительных инвестиций на продолжительное время в научные исследования и разработки, опытное производство и испытания.
