Сравнительный Анализ Трудового Законодательства В Сфере Регулирования Заработной Платы Российской Федерации И Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Одним из факторов внутрифирменной политики оплаты труда является трудовое законодательство. Данный фактор создает одинаковые предпосылки для гибкости оплаты труда на предприятиях, ее открытости, уровня дифференциации, соотношения постоянной и переменной части заработка, обусловливает стратегию и скорость изменения размера заработной платы. Именно поэтому изучение состояния и особенностей правового регулирования оплаты труда представляется нам важным предварительным этапом анализа политики оплаты труда на предприятиях двух стран в целом.
