Теоретические Аспекты Анализа Инвестиционной Привлекательности Предприятия

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены научные основы анализа инвестиционной привлекательности предприятия: сформулированы его цели и задачи, выделен предмет исследования, объекты и субъекты анализа. Анализ инвестиционной привлекательности предприятия определен как часть инвестиционного анализа, специфическим объектом которого является сложная экономическая система предприятие. В рамках анализа инвестиционной привлекательности предприятия установлена возможность сочетания разных видов анализа: внутреннего и внешнего, финансового и управленческого, диагностического и оценочного, ретроспективного и перспективного, технико-экономического, инвестиционного, фундаментального, финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, сбыта, ресурсов и др. Определены содержание и структура информационного обеспечения аналитических процедур в оценке инвестиционной привлекательности предприятия.
