Abstract

Данная статья анализирует сильные и слабые стороны социальных теорий, которые определяют источник экономической реструктуризации и изменения в рынках и экономических организациях. Анализ российских реформ и становление интегрированных бизнес-структур, в частности финансово промышленных групп, позволит, по мнению автора, существенно их дополнить и модифицировать для исследования российских экономических реалий.
