Abstract

В ходе формирования рыночных отношений в России происходят процессы преобразования всех сфер деятельности, в том числе и экономической. Процессы преобразования затрагивают не только экономику в целом, не только предприятия, взаимодействующие между собой, но и каждое предприятие в отдельности. Данные процессы находят проявление в различных формах реорганизации, реформирования, реструктуризации предприятий, которым присущи свой способ реализации и порядок перехода прав акционерной собственности.
