Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема негативного влияния тяжелого физического труда на репродуктивное здоровье женщин. Отмечается возрастание численности женщин, занятых физически тяжелым трудом, а также практика нарушения законодательства по ограничению физической нагрузки для работников женского пола. Особое внимание акцентируется на том, что задачи демографической политики России, связанные с воспроизводством здорового населения, не могут быть полноценно решены без изменения условий труда, представляющих угрозу для материнства.
