Реорганизация Структуры Вуза С Введением Процессного Подхода В Управление

Abstract

В статье даются определения организационной структуры, основных структурных подразделений вуза, проводится анализ существующих в вузах структур служб качества и содействующей им инфраструктуры, рассматриваются функциональные полномочия представителей отделов качества и предлагается вариант нового организационного строения управления вузом при внедрении системы менеджмента качества. Исследуется соотношение сил, способствующих и препятствующих введению системы менеджмента качества в вузе.
