Abstract

Рыночные условия хозяйствования заставляют руководство организаций владеть информацией о рыночной стоимости организации и периодически переоценивать свой бизнес. Как показывает практика западных компаний, стоимость их бизнеса существенным образом зависит от величины человеческого и интеллектуального капитала. Данный факт актуализирует исследования в отношении оценки этих специфических видов капиталов.
