Abstract

The article is devoted to questions of the taxation of the legal and physical persons in Japan. The opportunities of application of Japanese experience for tax system of Russia are revealed. The structure of Japanese tax system, principles of calculation, payment of the taxes, tax control, decision of tax disputes is considered.
