Abstract

The features of formation of the structural element of the internal wage policy of the forms of the interaction of subjects of the policy (partnership, paternalism, dictate, competition) are studied in the paper. The impact of characteristics of a firm (such as the size, the stage of development), intrapolitical factors and factors of personal management system on the level of making decisions about wages, the ways in which workers protect their interests concerning wages, subjects' activities to attempts to raise wages and the distribution of functions among subjects of the policy, etc., is analyzed. The conclusions are provided with the data of empirical research.
