Abstract

В статье рассматривается специфика «рейдерства» как особенность интеграционных процессов. Особое внимание уделено чертам рейдерской деятельности, присущей различным этапам экономического развития России, раскрываются новые способы захвата активов в период мирового финансово-экономического кризиса.
