Безнадежная И Сомнительная Задолженность На Предприятиях Промышленности: Налоговый, Бухгалтерский, Правовой Аспекты

Abstract

Вопрос о признании задолженности безнадежной, сомнительной является актуальным во все времена. Это объясняется тем, что любая организация стремится занизить налоговую базу по налогу на прибыль, а обстоятельство наличия задолженности является фактом, который может этому поспособствовать. Данная информация востребована пользователями в аудите, в налоговом и бухгалтерском учетах, а также при банкротстве предприятий. В статье рассмотрены три основных аспекта безнадежной и сомнительной задолженности: бухгалтерский, налоговый и правовой. Рассмотрены также понятия признания задолженности безнадежной, сомнительной, порядок списания данной задолженности с баланса организации в бухгалтерском и налогов учете, даны основные бухгалтерские проводки по учету таковой задолженности и порядок налогообложения организации.
