Abstract

На конкурентоспособность выпускников вузов оказывают влияние различные факторы. При этом, с одной стороны, оценка их конкурентоспособности определяется аналогичными характеристиками других выпускников, а с другой требованиями работодателей. В статье предпринята попытка оценить подготовленность выпускников вузов (на примере выпускников экономического факультета ОмГУ им. Ф.М. Достоевского) к выходу на рынок труда с учетом требований работодателей.
