Abstract

Innovation aspect of the development of the economy gains greater importance in condition of insufficiency available resource. Exactly so the most most important direction innovation politicians Government Omskoy area became the expansion innovation infrastructures by creation in 2006 fund of support and developments modern technology, nonprofit partnership «Omsk's regional innovation-investment centre» («Omsk's regional business-incubator»). In article are considered directions innovation developments of the economy an omsk of the region.
