Abstract

Потребительское кредитование как вид предпринимательской деятельности охватывает совокупность отношений, возникающих между субъектами на всех стадиях кредитного процесса. Развитие рынка потребительских кредитов осложнено рядом проблем, часть из которых представляют собой проблемы отношений между субъектами кредитного предпринимательства. В этой связи встает вопрос о необходимости развития предпринимательских отношений между данными субъектами рынка в целях повышения эффективности их деятельности.
