Abstract

This state is devoted to banking sector development in Russia, namely Rosbank. The main tend in banking sector development is the increased competition in virtually all areas of banking. The main idea of this text is describing new banking klients stratagy marketing of partnership. Personal manager will play the major role in new conception of banking activity.
