Готовность Населения К Самоуправлению Как Фактор Реализации Муниципальной Реформы

Abstract

Современный этап развития местного самоуправления в России характеризуется низким уровнем активности населения в реализации форм непосредственной демократии. В результате местная власть оказывается лишенной реальной поддержки со стороны населения, а одним из главных факторов реализации муниципальной реформы становится готовность населения к вовлечению в процесс решения местных вопросов.
