Abstract

Статья рассматривает проблемы формирования системы государственных социальных стандартов, связанные с отсутствием в РФ законодательной базы в сфере социальных отношений. Поскольку РФ является членом многих международных организаций, она должна стремиться к установлению социальных стандартов, отвечающих международным нормам, ориентируясь при этом на нормативно-правовую базу развитых европейских стран.
