Abstract

Рассматривается особенность вмешательства государства в функционирование здравоохранения. Анализируется история вопроса, которая разделена на три периода: советский, трансформационный и современный. Выделены положительные и отрицательные стороны каждого периода. Выявлено преимущество программно-целевого подхода, а также недостатки современного этапа развития отрасли. Сделан вывод о необходимости становления института государственно-частного партнерства в здравоохранении.
