Abstract

This article is illustrated, how the higher educational institutes' teachers value the quality of their labour. The article's author compares subjective and objective aspects of this process. Each of them has some deficiencies. The first aspects' minuses are the subjectivism of valuation, absence the synchronization of various subjects' estimate and a little time of contacting teachers and students. The second aspects' minuses are the subjectivism of fixing the normative indexes and incomplete correspondence them with the object of valuation. However, these problems are not insuperable and decision of them is the teachers will use complexly subjective and objective methods of the quality evaluating of their activity.
