Abstract

Сегодня важным фактором формирования конкурентных преимуществ организации может выступать консалтинговая деятельность, которая открывает новые рыночные возможности для субъектов рынка, позволяет выработать практические рекомендации и помогает реализовать основные направления её деятельности. Однако, несмотря на преимущества данного вида профессиональной деятельности, существует ряд проблем, с которыми сталкиваются консультанты в процессе оказания услуг предприятиям-клиентам.
