Abstract

Для построения полной теоретико-методологической концепции планирования представляется целесообразным рассмотрение данной экономической категории в рамках ряда оказывающих наибольшее влияние на понимание ее сущности теорий. В данной статье сущность планирования рассматривается через призму общей теории систем, теории информации и теории принятия решений.
