Abstract

В статье изложена методика формирования оптимальной стратегии, основанной на системном подходе, позволяющем точнее и эффективнее создать стратегическую концепцию путем корректировки исходя из поставленных перед предприятием целей. Может быть полезна специалистам, занимающимся стратегическим планированием.
