Abstract

Анализируется оценка деятельности туристических предприятий и их подразделений при помощи системы показателей. Приводится классификация показателей, показана взаимосвязь эффективности и результативности деятельности предприятий в сфере туризма, представлена система качественных показателей оценки эффективности деятельности предпринимательских структур.
