Стратегия Управления Дистанционной Формой Занятости

Abstract

Описана стратегия управления дистанционной формы занятости. Стратегический подход позволит понять проблемы, связанные с удаленной работой, для решения которых требуется участие руководства: нахождение правильного баланса между работой и личной жизнью, преодоление изоляции на рабочем месте, компенсация нехватки личного общения и компенсация недостаточной заметности работника. Для решения каждой из проблем мы предлагаем набор управленческих стратегий. Поняв проблемы своих сотрудников, руководители смогут использовать стратегии для их решения.
