Abstract

Формирование конкурентной системы оплаты труда является сложным процессом для предприятий. Важно согласовать влияние разнородных факторов, учесть интересы различных субъектов. В статье описывается процесс переговоров между работодателем и работником по поводу установления размеров заработной платы, позволяющий реализовать принцип активного диалога субъектов политики оплаты труда.
