Abstract

The article is devoted to the important problem «Effect of Pygmalion» in Management: manager is not only making an imagination about effective work among employers, but also influences on their attitude to work and to themselves. Investigation of working motivation and stereotypes in making decision by students of Omsk State Transport University showed low level of expectations of attitude to work.
