Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу категории «регрессивная трансформация», освещению ее в научной экономической литературе и анализу различных точек зрения на данную проблему. Исследуются причины, ведущие к регрессивной трансформации, а также издержки, которые несет общество при переходе к новой экономической системе. Рассматриваются факторы положительного и отрицательного влияния на эффективный переход к новым институтам, выбор оптимального решения, исходя из концепции ограниченной рациональности.
