Abstract

Регулирование рынка ценных бумаг является важным фактором, определяющим уровень развития рынка. В мире существует две основных модели регулирования рынка, отличающиеся ролью саморегулируемых организаций. В данной статье описывается функционирование саморегулируемых организаций на российском рынке ценных бумаг в рамках подсистемы саморегулирования, а также проблемы и перспективы развития данного института
