Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу состояния и развития оборонно-промышленного комплекса России за период с 1989 по 2009 г. Авторы рассматривают влияние трансформаций российского ОПК на структурные сдвиги в экономике в 1992-1998 гг., изменение его роли в период экономического роста 1999 первой половине 2008 гг., и состояние ОПК в условиях мирового финансового кризиса. На основе анализа моделей развития ОПК в разных странах предлагается модель развития ОПК России с учетом ее роли в инновационном развитии экономики страны.
