Abstract

In recently service of personnel management begins to play all greater role in management, transfer from servicing subsystems in one of the key centre of the responsibility. The Estimation to efficiency of the operating the service of personnel management is one of the most important practical problems of management. One of the ways of the estimation of the condition and level of the development, as well as resultative activity of the service of personnel management is audit the livened subdivisions, built on base of the concepts BSC-model D. Nortona, R. Kaplana, in which is taken into account importance human resource in achievement strategic targets companies.
