Abstract

Modern Russian reality in the sphere of consideration of insolvency proceedings for the different categories of debtors juristic persons dictates its own conditions that specify the processes' peculiarity of consideration of the insolvency proceeding and participation of regional and municipal governments. The role of these governments is to form legal regulatory basis that allows to adjust questions of prevention of the insolvency and questions connected with the condaction of the procedure of the insolvency. Thus the possibility of solving the problem on the regional and municipal levels permit to see the situation more deeply and in every detail and also to make a concrate managing mechanism of the activity of different enterprises.
