Abstract

В условиях жесткой конкуренции одним из основных преимуществ предприятия становится низкая себестоимость продукции. Ошибки при расчете себестоимости могут привести к неверным управленческим решениям: снятию с производства рентабельной продукции или, наоборот, увеличению выпуска неперспективного товара. Применение различных методик распределения косвенных затрат позволяет руководителю более точно определить стоимость того или иного продукта, особенно в ситуации, когда косвенные расходы превышают прямые.
