Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам стратегического управления развитием моногородов российской Арктики. Дается краткая характеристика политики государства по отношению к моногородам Российской Федерации в целом и в особенности к тем, что находятся в ее Арктической зоне. На примере моногородов Мурманской области исследуются стратегии развития арктических моногородов страны, выявляются и анализируются типичные проблемы формирования и реализации стратегических планов их развития.
