Abstract

В статье рассмотрены закономерности современного демографического развития северных регионов России. Раскрыто своеобразие динамики процессов брачности на Севере в послевоенный период и особенности брачно-семейных отношений в настоящее время. Более подробно проанализирована ситуация в двух крупных северных республиках: Республике Коми и Республике Саха (Якутия). Выявлены факторы, определившие значительное снижение брачности населения в 1990-х годах и относительную нормализацию брачно-семейных процессов в последние годы. Обозначены основные направления демографической политики в северных регионах.
