Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость принятия Федерального закона «О стратегическом планировании в Российской Федерации» от 28 июня 2014 г. № 172-ФЗ, характеризуются его достоинства. Вместе с тем фиксируется внимание на ряде не решенных в этом законе вопросов стратегического планирования в стране, даются предложения по дальнейшему совершенствованию законодательства, связанного с организацией стратегического планирования.
