Abstract

Процесс развития современного российского общества основан на интеллектуальном потенциале и его капитализации. Ключевую роль в этом сложном системном процессе играют знание и компетенции его развития. Комптентностные возможности социологического знания обязаны иметь опережающий перспективный характер накопления и эффективно применяться в регионах страны. Необходимость интеллектуального развития осознана государственными структурами. Для стимулирования этого процесса в регионах ведется разработка стратегических ориентиров и программных мероприятий. В Башкортостане в этом процессе задействованы социологи.
