Об Аксиоматической Трактовке Влияния Неэкономических Факторов На Экономический Рост

Abstract

В статье обращается внимание на роль неэкономических факторов в разработке новых моделей экономического роста. Перечислены ключевые аксиоматические положения, определяющие основы взаимодействия социальной науки с обществом и властью. Рассмотрены итоги двадцатилетия реформ в России и их влияние на формирование общественного сознания. Анализируется роль государства и задачи социальной политики на современном этапе развития российского общества.
