Организационно-Экономическое Обеспечение Инновационной Деятельности В Регионе: Сравнительная Оценка

Abstract

Предложен подход к оценке организационно-экономического обеспечения инновационной деятельности регионов страны в количественных и качественных показателях, а также метод расчета оценки нормативно-правового обеспечения этой деятельности. Обоснован авторский подход к сравнительной оценке эффективности инновационного законодательства и уровня инновационного развития регионов. Проведена качественная оценка нормативно-правовой базы инновационного развития в регионах инновационных лидерах. Выделены основные направления формирования нормативно-правового обеспечения инновационной деятельности, эффективно влияющие на инновационную деятельность в субъектах Российской Федерации.
