Abstract

Необходимость социально-экономической модернизации – одна из главных задач XXI века, с которой столкнулись власть, бизнес и население многих стран. Решение модернизационных задач для каждой страны уникально, обусловлено конкретной ситуацией. Для России особую актуальность имеет проблема разрывов между качеством жизни населения разных, подчас соседних регионов, а также в целом значительного отставания условий жизни россиян по сравнению с жителями развитых стран. Необходимое условие успешной модернизационной политики – выработка национальной специфической стратегии модернизации, учитывающей особенности социокультурного развития не только России в целом, но и каждого региона.
