Глубокая Переработка Уловов – Фактор Повышения Экономической Эффективности Рыболовства

Abstract

Показано, что современный уровень переработки уловов не соответствует целям развития морского рыболовства, поставленным в Концепции развития рыбного хозяйства РФ на период до 2020 г. и Государственной программе РФ «Развитие рыбохозяйственного комплекса». Обоснованы мероприятия для их достижения: развитие прибрежного рыболовства, внедрение инновационных технологий и техники на береговых предприятиях, создание интегрированных предприятий по добыче и переработке гидробионтов, совершенствование организации экспорта, стимулирование выгрузок рыбной продукции на российский берег.
