Социально-Экономическая Дифференциация Пространства: Противоречия Теории И Практики Регулирования

Abstract

В статье отмечается противоречие между значительностью усилий, направленных на разрешение проблемы дифференциации социально-экономического развития стран, регионов, и их малой результативностью. Проводится анализ теорий, касающихся проблематики асимметричности развития и сопутствующей реальности. Аргументируется вывод, что современная экономическая теория не дает ответа на вопрос, каким образом в рамках существующего мироустройства можно устранить проблему неравенств, которые потенциально способны привести к социальной напряженности и конфликтам. Отмечается специфика российского опыта исследований социально-экономической дифференциации: огромное количество научных работ, внешний интерес системы управления, недостаток теоретических построений, тенденциозность исследований. Критика базисных постулатов изучения и регулирования дифференциации в России позволила определить основную задачу – необходимость развития количественного анализа проблемы дифференциации.
